DESCRIPTION:Join us for the third installment of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce's 2021 Public Policy Series\, presented by The Action Group. North Carolina Secretary of Commerce\, Machelle Sanders\, will offer remarks on statewide economic development efforts\, and how those efforts impact the competitiveness of Wilson in a global marketplace.  Following Sec. Sanders' presentation\, Trey Lewis\, Regional Representative for US Sen. Thom Tillis will provide members information on the $1T bipartisan infrastructure bill that was passed by the Senate in August.\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE CHAMBER'S PUBLIC POLICY SERIES\n\n \n\nThe Public Policy Series brings together experts on the economy\, education\, and government to explore the important issues facing businesses in Wilson.  Held four times annually\, each event is designed to inform our members on critical issues\, and introduce them to policy makers whose decisions have a direct impact on the places they live and work.
