Hi, I’m Ryan Karen, the owner and certified inspector behind RK Home Inspections LLC. I started this company with one goal in mind — to help homeowners and buyers across Eastern North Carolina make confident, informed decisions through honest, thorough, and reliable home inspections.
With a background in construction, remodeling, and termite inspections, I bring both hands-on experience and technical expertise to every inspection. I’m a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI and also certified through ICA (Inspection Certification Association). I’m fully licensed and insured in North Carolina, proudly serving Rocky Mount, Wilson, Zebulon, Bailey, Middlesex, Sims, and nearby communities.
