What the ADA Says about Service, Therapy, and Emotional Support Animals

Are you confused about the differences between service, emotional support, and therapy animals? Join Terry Di Leone to learn which animals are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act and how this impacts your business. This workshop is targeted to business, medical, and veterinary personnel. Di Leone will address concerns regarding what staff can and can’t ask about service animals, and where therapy and emotional support animals are allowed, per ADA policy and procedures. A Q & A will follow the training.
