Wayne Action Group for Economic Solvency (WAGES) was established in 1966 under the leadership of our founding executive director, the late H. Bryan Sutton, Jr. The WAGES vision is that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their optimal potential. WAGES provides programs that offer education, training, workforce development, housing, emergency services, and more break the cycle of poverty. We are dedicated to equipping families and communities with the tools needed to succeed. We believe that building stronger communities starts with individuals and families helping themselves and each other, and in creating a better future for everyone.
