Chamber Introduces Remote Worker Membership

As North Carolina’s “Gigabit City”, Wilson is fast becoming a destination for remote workers looking for an affordable, high-quality of life and the very best in connectivity.  The Chamber’s Remote Worker Membership is perfect for the busy professional whose work is primarily done virtually, while travelling, or apart from a conventional jobsite.  This unique membership opportunity connects Remote Workers to a network of business professionals where they live:  building a supportive a community where Remote Workers can be inspired, informed, and productive.
 
Cost:  $100 per employee per year, up to three employees.  Great for companies with multiple Remote Workers who live in Wilson. 
 
Rewards:  All the benefits of a Standard Chamber Membership, including membership listing by business name.  Not only is the Remote Worker supported, their employer is promoted as well.
 
Eligibility:  The Remote Worker must be employed by a company or nonprofit organization without a physical location in Wilson County, or any adjoining county:  Nash, Edgecombe, Pitt, Greene, Wayne, or Johnston.  Independent contractors or independent consultants with direct-sales/multi-level marketing firms are not eligible – ask us about other membership investment options that might work better for your business.  While not eligible for the Remote Worker membership, retirees, self-employed individuals, or individuals simply wishing to remain connected to the Wilson business community are eligible for our Retiree/Solopreneur membership investment tier.
