Moira Buschow has been named as the Wilson County Employer Concierge, part of the workNwilson campaign.  Representing a collaborative effort between multiple community partners, workNwilson is Wilson's homegrown workforce development strategy. It aims to connect prospective employees with an abundance of well-paying careers, in a variety of industries in our market.  The Employer Concierge will be responsible for collecting data from Wilson's major employers, including information about the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for workers to compete for Wilson's most attractive career options.  Likewise, the Employer Concierge will be performing outreach to many of the workforce channels in the region, including schools, colleges and universities, and separating military, to ensure prospective employees are familiar with career opportunities in Wilson.
