Did you resolve to be more fit or healthy this year? How is that going? Do you have a specific plan or have you already struggled to meet your goals? This class is designed to teach you how both diet and movement can help you in your health and wellness goals. We will help you with some ideas of for movement and exercise for daily wellness. There will also be a Q&A time for you to ask specific questions and receive answers. This class does have a physical exercise component. Participation is done at your own risk. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting any new workout routine, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
This class is being offered in partnership with Mission PT and Cups of Joy.

This class is free and open to anyone in the community. Due to limited space, we do ask that you register for the class and that all minors be accompanied by a registered adult.
