Resource Specialist

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, DOI's Rights, Health & Safety program, compliance, and the management and maintenance of company resources. This position also serves as the liaison to the board of directors. This position develops, executes, and coordinates programs, policies, procedures, and plans necessary to coordinate the operational functions of the business as well as compliance with DOI's accrediting body, DHHS, Trillium, and EIPD.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am- 4:15 pm
