Maintenance Mechanic Specialist

Location: Tarboro, NC
Pay: $20.00 to $28.00 Per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (require to work overtime)
Start Date: ASAP   

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical control circuits.
• Work with 480VAC three-phase power, motors, and PLC systems for troubleshooting.
• Perform preventative maintenance and fabricate small projects for production needs.
• Understand pneumatics, 24VDC control circuits, and automated equipment.
• Act as a role model and uphold company values.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of technical school or 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and mechanical/electronic systems.
• Knowledge of conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and equipment installation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication & organizational skills.
